| Last fall our son asked us to help him obtain a mortgage on a new home. He had already started the process with another mortgage company, so we continued to work with the loan officer he had been working with. I have never been so disappointed! The loan officer was disorganized and hard to work with. Her facts were often incorrect and we had to constantly redo paperwork because it had been done wrong. Everything was a hassle right down to the closing. I will never again go to anyone besides Heather for our mortgage needs - her service and intuition are flawless." |

| A little over a month ago I met Marc at a BNI meeting. There were three mortgage lenders in attendance and after talking with each one, I felt most confortable with Marc. We talked for about 5 to 10 minutes about my situation and the different options available. I told him up front that it would probably be difficult to get me approved with my debt situation. He was willing to take a look and said there might be something he could do for me. He followed up the next day with an email and after with an application. I returned it to him and long story short, he got me approved. |

| Marc kept in touch with me from start to finish and in between he let me know if he needed anything from me. That was a very comforting feeling. It was because of his follow through and keeping me in the loop that made me feel very comfortable with him. The best news came when he called to let me know we were going to be able to close and that he got me a lower rate and payment. |
